I don’t know about you, but I’m seeing marble and copper everywhere at the moment, and I can’t.get.enough.

It’s such a pretty combination. Classic yet modern. Smooth yet textured. Neutral yet metallic. I love it.

I cannot wait to get some of this magic in my new apartment. I’m researching and pinning like crazy, trying to get the hundreds of styles and themes running through my head in some sort of order. These are some of my favourite items I’ve found from some of the coolest and quirkiest shops. Number 1I mean, that clock? Come on! Just dreamy. Number 2

I absolutely love this marble print. A new range of marble prints is about to drop in my Etsy Shop and I just can’t get enough of this trend! Number 3Number 4

There are so many cute, stylish and unique pieces out there at the moment. I love how the rose gold copper just brightens up any minimalist look and adds a touch of glam. It’s perfect for any neutral space where you like to change things up regularly.

What’s your favourite piece I’ve found? Are there any other combinations you’re loving at the moment? Tell me and I’ll research my little heart out! I need all the inspo I can get at the moment!

Summer days are becoming (slightly) more frequent (oh come on, it’s England after all!), so I decided it was time for my hair to get summer ready and get a snip/freshen up ready for holidays and sunshine and freckles.

My hair has been long for about the last 2 years, so even though my new hair style might not be ‘short’, it definitely feels LOADS shorter than it was.

photo 1And obviously, I got ombréd. Because, well, you know, got a blog name and everything to live up to. (totally jokes. maybe.)

My hair feels much fresher, and I actually love it being shorter. I’m even feeling like I might go shorter again next time!

For any of you locals interested where I got my hair cut, I tried out the newly renovated Miller and Holland in Old Town.

Loving ombré everything for ever.

Cactus mania seems to be upon us at the moment!

Everywhere I turn a cute little cactus or succulent pops up on Instagram, Pinterest or a friend’s coffee table.

Personally, I can’t get enough. If like me, you are loving this cactus craze and you want even more of these spiky little guys in your homes, rooms, desks and bathrooms, look no further!

I’ve tracked down some of my favourite cactus decor items and BOY is there a lot out there!

What do you guys think? Cactus, Cacti, Cact-you?

I am dying for pink hair. I mean, come on already!

I am obsessed.

I think it’s possibly the prettiest hair trend I’ve seen and there’s no escaping it at the moment.

Bubblegum, candyfloss, coral, rose… I am loving them all. This year must be the year of pink hair as far as hair trends go. 2012 was shaving that weird side bit, 2013 the pixie crop, 2014 ombré everything, 2015 PINK.

Alas, I work in an office and don’t think the pink locks would go down that well, or co-ordinate with the work wardrobe either. Yet. Sniff.

So for now, here’s me pining over pretty pictures and wishing I was one of those cool Tumblr girls that could pull this off… but… you know, I like space and science and carbs and Netflix, so…. choices.

What do you think about the pink? Yay? Or, just a bit too cool?
